Thank you for showing interest in having a vendor booth at our 2024 COPE Convention on January 28th - January 29th.


*Please contact Ixtlani Palomo (512) 502-2670 if you would like to purchase a vendor booth or have additional questions*

*Vendors are allowed to set up as early as Saturday, January 27th at Noon and shut down by Noon on Monday, January 29th.

*Vendor booths are $750, each vendor will be provided with 1 standard size table and two chairs. If you need additional tables and chairs, an additional fee of $50 plus tax will be added.

*If you need an electrical outlet, an additional fee of $50 will be added per day plus an 8.25% tax and 24% service charge.
*All handouts and swag items must have a Union Bug on them.
